Elevated Dispensary - Irving

I got bunch of stuff for my friends and the experience with the people there was great. They were very patient and explained everything to me. I will return there every time I am in town. This is new for me and they were really awesome. Thanks!

Amazing place the customer service is absolutely amazing our 1# spot to go

When I first made my purchase at Elevated, I asked the associate if the products were THC-based, and they assured me that everything in the store was THC. I ended up spending $700 on two products, only to find out after testing them in my lab that they were actually CBD. I decided to return on a whim, not expecting much but to my surprise, the team was incredibly accommodating. They accepted the return without issue and even let me test other products in-store so I could find exactly what I wanted. Overall, I was highly impressed with the customer service and how they handled the situation. Great experience.

The employees were so gorked out they couldn't even talk. Literally. Don't know what they're on, but it was bad! Stopped in last Saturday morning, couldn't believe it. They could not answer simple questions. There are about 30 other places within a mile of this place. DRIVE ON PAST TO THE NEXT PLACE!!!! These guys are a shame.

The place has gone downhill. The carts leak and clog and they don’t care. The guy (with the silly bakers boy hat) literally wanted me to try the 10 carts before l left to ensure they work. Would be fine but Brantt’s finest sit right there. Bought a bag of gummies and opened it to show them that their product was junk and sure enough they were melted together in a big glob. Do they back their products? Hell NO! Theirs a million places to get what you need within sight so do yourself a favor and drive past this place.
