Torches NYC

It was my first time shopping at Torches NYC, and I had a great experience! I was helped out by Rich who off the bat was extremely personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I explained what I typically like and the effects I was looking for. He walked me through a few thoughtful strain recommendations and was very confident in his guidance, which I appreciated. He clearly knows the products and took the time to recommend options that actually made sense for me, including some new strains I’m excited to try. I’m very specific about what I choose, so that level of confidence and care really matters. Overall, excellent customer service and a welcoming experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Michael was super helpful and kind. And they warranty 7 days? Who does that. And their packaging is beautiful. All around great place.

If you haven’t been here yet, go. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. Everyone is friendly, and the prices are excellent—there are always solid deals and promotions. Trust me I have been to every store in the Midtown area and this is by far the easiest , best prices and best staff. I’m telling you. I did the work y’all. And no I don’t work here. It’s fast and easy. When I order ahead, my order is ready in 5–10 minutes. Even when I order in person, it’s usually ready by the time I reach the register. They also offer a first responder discount, which is both generous and genuinely appreciated. More businesses should find ways to support volunteers and first responders. No, EMTs aren’t getting high on the job. We take our responsibilities seriously, and like anyone else, we deal with real-world stress too. Much respect all around. A great store and a great example of how recreational THC should be sold.

The Manager Michael is amazing. He asks all the right questions and gets you exactly what you’re looking for. The rest of the staff is so nice and friendly too. Try them out you wont be disappointed!!!!

I've been in a few to say the least dispensaries over the past few years and I have to say the torches was really outstanding. I was able to order online and I had put the wrong date I wanted to pick it up and I called them and they said no worries it's filled we fill them in advance but just in case we give you that date. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite he was dealing with a customer he said he would be right back and he was and he answered my questions. When I arrived there was a young woman who was a very helpful and asked me if I need any help and I had pre-ordered so I said that wouldn't be necessary. But she was still helpful and we had a very funny conversation about using the store bag or not and in the end we decided that I should leave the bag there cuz it's a cute bag and she liked it. My order was ready All I had to do was ask the guard at the front who was also very pleasant He went in the back and brought me out my sealed bag and I was ready to go. It's actually very convenient to Grand Central and I would definitely highly recommend ordering online or going in either way you're going to get a great value for your money and some nice conversation.
