Really the only good thing at this dispensary was Mo. he checked me in and helped me with product selection and ordering on the kiosk. But the budtender was so slow it was like she was in another time zone. I sat and waited for 12 minutes once my order was ready just To check out. As you can see there are 5 employees not helping me or the other people waiting. If I lived in New York I don’t think I would be back to this location. It is poor customer service and weak in experienced management.

This dispensary is convenient because of its location but the service kinda sucks. I preorder to get things quicker but somehow I always end up waiting really long. There’s always staff just standing around while one of them is a sinking ship trying to help customers. I like their rewards program but I wish they had better customer service. The card machine tends to be “out of service” a lot too so you can’t use tap to pay which is a bit annoying if you don’t walk around with your card / cash

I pre-ordered several items for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I waited 15 minutes for the worker to locate my order, only to be told that one of the items was now out of stock. That item was on sale. I asked how this could happen, and the worker stated that it didn’t matter if I pre-ordered the items—if someone else arrived before me, they received it. This makes no sense in a first-come, first-served system. It also doesn’t make sense to have an online ordering system that doesn’t sync with the store’s inventory. This feels like a very shady practice that allows inventory to be oversold, encouraging customers to spend more money on non-sale items in the store. There was only one worker at the register, with a line of customers waiting for their orders to be gathered, while the rest of the staff appeared relaxed in the back. I’ve been coming to Curaleaf since it opened, and the professionalism of the store has declined. People rely on these sales to maintain their budget and their health. Very disappointed.

I just encountered the most UNACCEPTABLE and UNBELIEVABLE behavior in any business let alone a legal marijuana dispensary. I placed an order online and was to pick it up between 6:30-7pm. I received my confirmation that it was ready for pickup at that time. There is a blizzard and when I got there around 640 I can see the lights are off and there are people getting ready to leave, one woman and two men. I knocked on the door and the woman (with the square black framed glasses) came up to the door with an attitude, I show her my email confirmation she opens the door and she is extremely rude, she says there is a blizzard and look around you cant you see whats going on? Shes talking to me like we are in the streets not in front of a business in forest hills. I asked her; why, since there is a blizzard and a customer whos supposed to pick up an order, can they not even call letting me know not to come knowing there is a blizzard??? and instead you're being so rude about it?? and then she tells me you're the one who look like a crazy person coming here in this weather looking for weed and acting this way!!! Then I told her you should have called letting me know this order is cancelled so I didn't have to come up here. Basically in her little mind I was in the wrong for going to pick up my order which was confirmed.... I believe when you are clearly in the wrong you should apologize to a customer but she decided to laugh and make a joke out of me. As they were leaving her and two other boys, I asked her if she was the owner of this business and she said no, I told her I will make sure management finds out about the way you just treated a customer and she has the nerve to tell me "you're talking to one the of the managers and as far as I'm concerned you are not a customer." Then I decide to walk back and they are walking in the same direction and in front of us were two random people and one of the guys makes a joke saying "hey u got some weed?" to the random people as if I'm dying for a dose. And they all start laughing and making a joke out of a customer, who by the way is very much an existing returning customer. And by the way little smart lady have you ever heard of medicinal marijuana? Considering you are "a manager" in the field you should know that, not everyone chooses weed for fun and a little high, some actually need it for medical purposes with doctor's prescription and what you did was unprofessional and unacceptable I would be ashamed of myself if I were you. All three employees would be fired if this was truly a professional business if they want to act "hood" they can act this way in the streets not in a business. But I must say this is not the first time I've seen rudeness in this place and with so many dispensaries opening up and delivering within an hour why should people choose this business? So they can be indirectly called junkies by some lowlifes who find satisfaction in belittling other people? I'm good thanks.
