Best dispensary I've ever been to. Very fair prices, good discounts and really good options. The staff is the nicest group ever. I've had a very good experience with a variety of different people there and they are always helpful, kind and good at making small talk. Please go here!! They deserve your business!!!

This dispensary really had no business being this nice. The vibe was calm, the selection was solid, and the guy working the front looked like he was carved out of sunshine and good life choices. He looked like a celebrity, but you can guess which one if you ever go there. The staff helped me find exactly what I needed. The place is clean, organized, and the products hit exactly how they should. Five stars for customer service. Five stars for the vibe.

I had a great experience at The Higher Co last week. They had a great and wide variety of cannabis. The costumer service was great! Everything met my standards I definitely would recommend checking them out! Shout out to Will, he was first to welcome me & help me in there🫶🏽

Popped in on a Wednesday morning this week. I was treated professionally and with respect. My questions were answered thoroughly and the sales person was extremely patient. I will be back.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Experience! I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this dispensary—and I’m so glad I did. The service was absolutely exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything clearly, including how all the products are grown right here in New York. The young woman who helped me was especially kind and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. Her polite and professional attitude really stood out and made my visit even better. This is hands down the only dispensary I’ll be visiting whenever I’m in Syracuse. Wonderful place, wonderful people!
