Zen Leaf - Canton (Medical)

Love this place. Was the first dispensary i ever went to, and i dont stray for a multitude of reasons. The prices are lower than any competition, no doubt. The staff is phenomenal. Today, I shared about a loss im currently grieving through, with the woman at the counter who was retrieving my order, and she went out of her way to talk to me and comfort me with kind words, and it really meant a lot. Id give 6 stars if i could.

This place is stellar, ecspecially the staff. They're always super kind and helpful with your order. Don't forget efficient! The younger woman who helped me today is always going above and beyond to fulfill my order. I don't know her name but it says she was at register 2. She's awesome! I've checked out with her multiple times and she's super helpful when I ask questions. Keep her around!

Placed an online pick up order. Staff was great. Do have 1 complaint though. Bought a device from there that won't even hold a charge for a whole day. Very disappointed in that.

Nice, but not my favorite stark county dispensary. Long(er) wait times than other locations, budtenders routinely seemingly without relevant experience to my needs, nor do they care, not the nicest place to "wait" for service in town considering their average clientele you're left rubbing elbows with in waiting area. Obviously pushing outdated/near expiring goods. Parking lot had a huge divot upon entering on an incline last I was there and was always crowded, lucky to find a decent spot, let alone budtender.

Placed an online order, I quickly read some small print saying if you dont sign up for an account you can't shop here..I ignored that and placed the order and never received a text saying it's ready...I guess you REALLY have to sign up to shop here. Won't try again. Buying marijuana shouldn't be this tough lol
