The Landing - Cincinnati

My 5 stars go to Jo! She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was taken care of and recommended products I didn’t know I needed. She really cares about the customers and is especially good with medical patients. There are some friendly staff here typically, but they never go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I had placed a pre-order and Jo helped me get more product after the fact. Most budtenders have rolled their eyes at me when I’ve done that before. Jo is a wonderful person and made my experience at The Landing significantly better!

Great selection and great pricing. Very impressed with the knowledge and patients of the staff. My first interaction was with a person named Courtney who helped me during my visit. Her infectious smile and cheery attitude made for a very pleasant experience. 10/10 - Will be switching to this dispensary. Thanks Courtney and team!

Everything a modern cannabis user wants: online ordering, pre-authorized EFT, and convenient pick-up times. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. Courtney is the BEST!!!

After two previous visits that left me disappointed (I would have honestly rated this dispensary one star), I decided to give it one last try — and I’m so glad I did. Mandy completely turned my experience around and delivered a true five-star visit. She went above and beyond to give me a personalized experience, treated me with genuine respect, and never once made me feel rushed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. You can tell she truly cares about her job and about the customers she serves. If I owned this company, I’d promote her in a heartbeat. Mandy is the reason I’ll be coming back.

Not good at all. High prices and snotty budtenders but I will say from opening the prepack it appears that the 2.83g of Mountain Top Mint was a good choice of herbal relief. Shopping from a different state I'm accustomed to way better service as well as pricing. There are no displays for the bag appeal of any flower what-so-ever but the kiosk is easy to use and the packaging pretty fast.
