Employees are super cool. Brian has helped me and a super sweet chick yesterday. I didn’t get her name but she kept calling me “my love” . She was so helpful and patient with me making my selection. Definitely recommend checking them out. ❤️🫶🏼🤞🏼

Bloom is always helpful, quick and knowledgeable. Great prices, and they always have an amazing variety. Staff is always there to help! They are never in a hurry to shuffle you out the door to get to the next customer, and ALWAYS take their time to ensure your questions are answered and you have everything you need OR want.

I was out of town and needed elevated 💨 so of course I googled the nearest dispensary a came across Bloom Medicinals and I’m so glad I did 😎. Once I got there the vibe was chilled with fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Lyra for helping and the amazing savings, cause guuurl that King City Gardens Blueberry Muffin was perfect 👌, can’t wait for my next visit! ✌🏼

Excellent service, bud tender was very helpful and nice. He was very well knowledgeable on the products they had available and had no problem with me lingering and asking questions which I appreciate a lot. lol definitely 5 stars!

First I come here 3-4 times a week. I have absolutely zero problems with the pricing, selection, and the budtenders. But the greeter/secretary is VERY VERY often extremely rude. There is one girl specifically that is the worst. Very short snappy and rude. I often see her at nights close to closing time. She will throw my id back to me in the most disrespectful way possible. Usually would not bother me, but its extremely obvious she is going out of her way to it as rudely as possible to return the id. I absolutely do not come into this store and throw anything of yours with disrespect. So why do it to me practically every time I come?? (I often see this one girl as the secretary due to when i get off work). The absolute last straw was 02/26/26 around 920pm
