Everyone here at this location is nice and courteous. Never had one bad experience getting anything. Very thorough on the products they have.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at the kiosk and selected a distillate syringe exactly as it was displayed on the screen. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I went back inside immediately to explain the mistake, expecting a simple exchange. Instead, the manager was called over and handled the situation in a shockingly unprofessional manner. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, he was dismissive, rude, and made it clear he had no interest in correcting the mistake. I was essentially told there was nothing they would do and that corporate “doesn’t care.” The lack of accountability and basic customer service was unbelievable. Mistakes happen — how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this was handled with zero professionalism or respect. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.

I've always had positive experiences here! Tyler was amazing-he was very helpful and kind! I love the vibe and atmosphere! Love that they take walk-ins now!

I have never had a bad customer service experience here. Each staff member is personable and helpful. Ashley H. Might be my new favorite though! Very nice and was super helpful in suggesting products I might like. 10/10 Will shop again!

From the time I opened the door till the time I walked out was a great experience! The security guard brought to my attention asking if I knew my license expired at the end of the month ( I wasn't aware) he apologized for bringing it to my attention saying customers usually got mad when he would say something. I was grateful he did or I probably wouldn’t have batted an eye at it. My attendant was Scott fantastic energy! Was also patient with me when I couldn’t decide on some things. Very helpful! 10/10 experience.
