Austin is absolutely amazing. I’ve been a customer/patient for a few years and every time he’s there to give his expertise. Yet another time where my expectations were exceeded. While training a newer associate he was patient, and also got me in and out in a flash. From Kristi at the desk welcoming me in, to Kerri helping me alongside Austin, great experience.

If you want good solid advice from professionals, this is your spot. Visited yesterday, both Emily and Austin were very helpful. Ohio has high prices, but Bloom helps to offset that with regular percent off days, and that is much appreciated. High quality products and people...what more could you want? Definitely recommend!

They are wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful! So kind! Austin always makes sure to let me know which items to select to help with my pain. Emily is very helpful with choosing which crumbles work best. And Carly always suggests amazing flower! Every time I go in Chris leaves me laughing and always asks how my experience with my last purchase went. They're all just fantastic!

This is by far the best place I have ever been! They listen to your needs. Austin and Kristopher are one of the best employees there if it wasn't for them I wouldn't haven't of been able to find the perfect fit of products to help me feel better and get a relief of my symptoms. They are compassionate and personal with keeping it professional at the same time. You can expect a good laugh with these two. If you are looking for knowledge about anything, these are the two people to ask. They are great at helping pick things out if you have a hard time figuring out what will best suit you. I can finally feel comfortable with myself and not feel embarrassed because you feel like it's a no judgment zone with these two! I was a first time customer of Bloom and knew very little of what I was looking for or all the different products that they offered. I was a bit overwhelmed initially but two young guys, Austin and Ethan helped me out and explained way more than most people would want to know but in my case, this is exactly what I was looking for. They were very personable and super knowledgeable and I felt that they wanted me to get the right product for my situation versus trying to "sell" me something. I also witnessed a few other clients move through their process very very quickly since they knew exactly what they needed. So they cater to all levels of clients.
