Nathan was great taking care of me. He was flexible, Professional and informative. Carlos out front, who provides security and vetting of the customers is an amazing guy and a fun guy and I never feel threatened which lets me know that a guy in uniform might be a good guy. Carlos does his job well and professional. You need more employees like that.
Got to The Landing in Monroe. It's way better!!! Do not waste your time here. I've had multiple orders say they are ready for pickup and then when I get there they are gone and they tell me sorry it's sold out. And managers dont care.
Strange atmosphere.. I had an online order. No verification form the budtender of what I was getting. Product listed as Grape runtz on website is actually grape pop when I purchased it.. At least I have tried the Grape pop before and liked it but I thought I was getting something a little different.. Good price with the 40%off.
Stephanie was wonderful! The entire staff here was so friendly and uplifting. It was a great way to start my morning. From the security pleasantly greeting me at the door, to Stephanie and her thorough explanations but quick timing was perfect for me. Thank you! I will be back.
The staff is always so polite and knowledgeable here. They are always very fast and efficient with checkout as well. This is one of my top dispensaries in the area.
