I am a frequent customer at this store until today when I was treated by an employee like I stole something after I already paid for it, had it stapled into the bag, and the employee Cinnamon cut herself on the staple. She asked a co-worker to put my stuff in a new bag that I had already paid for and instead of the young man looking at the receipt that Cinnamon and I had checked off he decided to act like he was checking me out basically! I told him that I had already paid for all of it and that I would like for him to put it in the bag and hand it to me! He told me that he still wanted to go over it for his own assurance, why would that be?! It's obviously in the bag with a staple on it for a reason! It's because I paid for it! Never will I go here again! I noticed a lot of new employees because the older employees are gone, but I thought maybe I was just tripping but now I'm starting to understand why! Since you didn't decide to teach that young man manners you lost a loyal customer for good! Story is three more miles down the road! I absolutely refuse to be treated that way When it comes to anyone! What happened to actual customer service training?! That young man obviously didn't have any! You don't treat people that way especially when there is a receipt right there and all of the stuff was in one bag and all you had to do was remove it and put it in another bag! You don't treat people like that!

Brett was awesome! Very friendly and upbeat personality that made the visit even better. He has some good dance moves too lol got a quick show while my payment was processing. Thank you, Brett !

For my first time experience I thought it was phenomenal place with great customer service.. Natasha was extremely helpful and made my day for being so knowledgeable about the products! Definitely will be back and highly recommend!!
