Terrasana Springfield

The staff at Terrasana are fantastic. They’re courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I found them to be very helpful to explain things and answer questions. The facility is very clean and arranged nicely. You definitely feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Terrasana.

Overpriced. Overtaxed bs. They have a reward points system that doesn't function at All. The only time id recommend buying anything is if they have it on sale. And even then you can get a better deal from your local dealer you been buying off of for years. Not to mention there subpar packaging. Bud dries out extremely fast in the packages they provide. And it's made worse by the fact they provide absolutely no boost pack (moister pack) to maintain freshness. Basically your paying premium prices for a subpar experience.

Would be a great place for a real dispensary! I have driven from Dayton several times to find out they don’t have a very good grasp of their inventory and what I had ordered had been sold already to a walk in customer. TODAY 11/20/2025 I sit in the lot of Terrasana Springfield and the lot is full of customers however they have no Security guard to sell their products. I hear another dispensary is coming to Springfield soon!!

Staff is friendly, but the shop extorts you for a debit card fee, without notice on their site when you order for pick up. Then, they round up the charge and give you cash back, I don't know the threshold on this, but my total was in the $40 range and they rounded up to $50, and then deducted the card fee extortion from my cash change.

This was my first visit to Terrasana in Springfield, and I was really impressed. The store was very clean, the staff were quick, friendly, and made the whole process super easy. They also have some great promotions going on, which made my first experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
