Lynn, Micheal & Annie were working the last time I was there & they are AWESOME. Lynn checked me out & she was fast funny & friendly. The other 2 were equally amazing as they waited on others. Made for a great experience. I hope they are rewarded for their vast knowledge & excellent customer service. 💚💚💚

This place is so friendly and quick. The girl working upfront on cyber Monday was awesome. I didn’t get her name, but she informed me of the $50 off sale going on. She always has a beautiful smile and bright blue eyes. Mike Maguschalt, Irene, Kaylee, and Corinne helped me on the sales floor upgrading my order to make sure I got everything I needed for the sale and my ordered was filled promptly with little wait. Amazing staff , very knowledgeable... But unless you have your medical card it seems like no matter the time you go you will be waiting in a long line . I'm waiting on my card in the mail so had to come stop here... In PA ... I NEVER wait in a line anytime i go . But I think the line is mainly from overcrowding from adult use . So not really anyone's fault .. but just a heads up always a wait . So it got me feeling thankful it's not rec in PA

I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnyside! The staff is well trained and friendly. Service is fast, even when there is a wait they keep the line moving. They also have a wide range of products with very good deals.

Placed my order online and when I got to the counter the lovely Irene was ringing me out and found an error in their system with a cart I was trying to purchase that it had been received wrong. She was very apologetic and kind to let me know she had to get some assistance. Ryan immediately came over and told me it looked like the package had been received incorrectly as a cart when it was an all in 1. I explained that it was fine and I would purchase it either way. Irene had to go on her break. I waited for about 10 minutes and they resolved my transaction with no issues. Destiny finished ringing me out and I was on my way. Every time I come everyone is so polite and as speedy as they can as it’s usually very busy. Will continue to shop here just for the customer service.
