What a pleasant surprise, a no BS dispensary....walked in , told them what I needed , they presented what they had politely and professionally , if your an adult and appreciate customer service this is the place.

They do not stand behind their electrical products they sell. Paid $20 for a blazer susan battery pen and it broke in less then a. Month.
Well I was an occasional customer and was in store recently and noticed great prices on decent flower and since I am currently looking for a new dispensary and was seriously considering this one but then one day my husband and I called, I was busy at first and asked him to put it on speaker and just do the talking, so he was asking a few questions about thc percentages and bc the old gal didnt want to get up to go look she was INCREDIBLY RUDE to him and started spouting off some bs about not knowing if he is over 18 or even has a valid license so she cant him at all unless he comes in SOO I guess we will take our $2500-$3500 a month habit to Good Crops since answering basic questions about products you sell and basic good customer service is too difficult for yall. Wont patronize this business again.
Do not buy concentrates from here! I’ve been having the same problem here recently. The last 2 oz I bought tasted like burnt chemicals and I was able to exchange them each time and now this time is the 3rd time it has happened and was told to bring it in for an exchange. The same employees that sold it to me and told me to come back for an exchange, said I can’t now because I didn’t get the ok from the manager. I asked for the mangers number and was told they’re not aloud to give it out.(come to find out the managers number is on the front counter by the register) I went back the next day to speak to the manager and was treated rudely and told more or less it is my fault because I purchased low quality product so what did I expect. I asked for the owners number and was told it will do no good. All I have to say that, they do not treat this like “medical” because if they did then they would have good quality products and not something that makes me sick to even consume.
