Horrible customer service, my first time in today and they told me that my card wouldn’t go through the omma system the lady blamed it on omma but I went down the street and it was also my first time and they were able to find my information. I called back to tell her that another dispensary was able to find my info and she said I shouldn’t tell anybody else that because she just got off the phone with omma and they verified that they couldn’t find me in the system lol. They are liars and honestly when I told her I was going to right a review and asked what her name was she ignored me and told me to have a good day. Even if you feel like you’re in trouble I’m a customer this is customer service provide your name. I pray you guys get this resolved it didn’t look like you had a lot of business so I would have been happy to spread the word or even put money in your business it’s sad that your budtender didn’t even try to make a sale because she didn’t know how to input a imma number

Road my bike 2 miles to find out they didn't have what they was promoting on the board the best deal he would give me on flower was 10 joints for 20 dollars when I have gotten 2 or 3 a month ozs for 35 very disappointed luckily there are so many weed stores I went to kush gardens a 1/2 a mile a way and got a oz for 30 then they also gave me 10 dollar credit so I got a cart and a battery I'm glad I didn't waste my money on the 10 joints
