This was my first visit to Okie, and I am sold! Lol this guy Mike was working a double shift from another location but he was still happy and was commenting on how cool it is that my birthday is 420 ! He was really cool to talk to, he was extremely knowledgeable about products and knew all prices and made my decision making process very easy, he named off all them, and prices, and his personal recommendations were fantastic btw The interaction between other customers and the guys working, was also amazing, like they’re truely like friends and joke around with them, Mike and Bob I believe were the gentlemen working 😀 I will definitely be coming back , super chill 😚💨

This is my favy dispensary by far. I’ve been coming here since they opened & before that I drove to their Catoosa location. I love their prices & products. I don’t shop other dispensaries anymore. Once I find a place I like I’m loyal. I typically adore the staff as well. However, the last 2 times I’ve been in, there has been a gal working who makes me feel quite uncomfortable when I ask her questions about the products. She gives off very “I can’t be bothered” vibes. When I ask her any question, she just seems annoyed. I’m in customer service. Her customer service is lacking. Honestly, if I go in again & she’s working, I’ll probably take my business elsewhere. Everyone else working there has been & continues to be fabulous. But I’m older & don’t appreciate the can’t be bothered to help me while at work. Like that’s her job. To help me & all customers. Such a shame that one bad apple can & does spoil the whole bushel. Please at least have a talk with this employee on her customer service skills or lack thereof. Hire me, I’ll teach her right up. She was working 11/15/25 midafternoon.

Do not go threw the young lady working here if anything find a way around her that’s actually nice In customer service / the old guy working the counter :) he did a great job unlike her, couldn’t even send a message to my family real quick without her saying u can’t be on ur phone in here sorry next time I’ll run out the building just to text my people I’m close to being home.

Bill is so kind and patient. Sebastian is amazing, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, patient, and i am so glad to have met both of them. I will be back, not just for the prices and variety of products, but to see my new friends. TY Sebastian and Bill!!!
