Very friendly people that run this store and the joint that they recommend me was out of this world I will 100% be coming back I could spend all day in that dispo just laughing a having a great time y’all don’t be scared to go in and try it out they got a lot of good stuff

The review below is clearly an employee across the street because you don’t travel by all the bigger towns to go to a dispensary in Thackerville and THEN mention there’s a better dispo across street. I love big Poppa’s and the people that work there are honest and care about what your experience. I know plenty of people that choose big papa’s over anything within 100 yards of it.

I traveled a long distance to purchase from Big Poppa's. When I returned home I discovered through the next week that over $400 of my $640 purchase is either partially functioning or entirely non functioning. When I contacted them to inquire as to their exchange policy, I was brusquely told I was SOL and their policies are entirely anti-consumer. They do not do returns or exchanges, and in fact they no longer carry the product I purchased. I was informed by the woman on the phone that had she been working she would have made me try each item before I left. I told her she needed to inform the staff of that procedure because that certainly wasn't my experience. There's a much nicer and friendlier dispensary across the street. Next time I will spend my money there instead. The team members felt laid back pot store employees, not so twitchy and irritated. Spend your dollars elsewhere. Don't support anti-consumer profit mongering that masquerades itself with freedom for all rhetoric.

First time in, Chance was super knowledgeable, super friendly, great customer service, we will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area

The bud tenders were great and helpful as possible. The product on the other hand lacked luster, all the pre rolls tasted like used horse barn hay. It was horrid to say the least. Will recommend against going to this dispo for much, if anything. And will most likely not be returning.
