I shopped here today because I read great reviews. The menu, quality, and house brand selection is unique in Oklahoma and vibes with my preferences. I am happy with the quality of the products I purchased, but I see significant room for improvement on the customer service side. The experience reminded me of the prop 215 days in California, and can best be summed as general lack of knowledge with an increased level of arrogance. Focusing on hiring high quality staff, and providing scaled customer service training may be a good option for the owner to consider.
I never go to any other dispensary if I can help it. Lovely bud tenders, excellent service, and top-tier product that I have failed to find matched anywhere else. My only complaint would be that sometimes my pre-rolls are a little wonky, but honestly that’s a trade I’m willing to make.
Aaron & the green are top notch value. Grateful to have both, and the 10p-12a happy hour 10% off flower is sweet! Hope they keep it up.
