Frontier Medicine

The employees (especially the owners/managers) do not treat people very well, the products are alright but way overpriced. Would not go back there are better dispensaries nearby that are worth your time and money I don’t know how this place is still in business. I also found spider webs or mold inside the nugs of some Blueberry OG I bought a while ago which was disappointing considering much I paid for it. Edit: Owner doesn’t seem to be able to handle criticism very professionally or take accountability. Review wasn’t about an employee specifically but rather the store as a whole.

One of my absolute favorite go to dispensaries. I love that they are so big on treating it as the medical product that it is, and that they have the CBD shop right next door. The staff is always super helpful, very kind, and they have a lot of great deals. I'm yet to be able to catch one of their Friday parties though that I hear are really great. If you go here, definitely sign up for the text notifications on deals, you'll get a lot of great info. I also love their reward system. A lot of places have started out with stuff like that in place, and done away with it, but they have told me that it is there to stay.

Where to start...It’s the Nicest, cleanest, and friendliest dispensary I’ve ever been too! The Product is Always Top of the line with deals u can’t stay away from! Daily coupons mixed with constant patio party’s that keep me educated on the newest and best products. I absolutely Love This Place!!

The Frontier has become one of my top 3 favorite dispensaries! I have never walked out thinking the customer service could be better and honestly my husband and I LOVED that the employees weren't forced to wear a mask; well up until yesterday it seems. I was pretty disappointed in that. There's no state or city restrictions anymore. Think of your employees too boss man/ woman. You've had a sign posted on this locations front door saying "Mask Recommended" for months; it would be awesome to see that courtesy extended to the employees as well, regardless if they are fully vaccinated or not! Sorry for the rant I was just pretty disappointed if not offended that we had walked in and we were talking just fine with the employees only for the phone to ring in back and an employee come up saying discreetly that the boss asked that we put our masks on. ...... I am a people watcher and I notice things most dont and hear things others normally miss as well. talk about making what was a great experience an awkward one. Anyways that is strictly on the boss who called not a single one of the employees. The products sold in this dispensary are awesome! I have yet to find something I didn't like product wise. I do wish that Frontier would start selling the Apothecary brand (concentrates and flower ) that way i didn't have to go to multiple dispensaries BUT I love the products sold here and I love the discount texts that you can sign up for! It makes stuff so much cheaper. The discounts don't stack though so remember that!

This is one of the best dispensary’s I’ve been to and I’m from California. Definitely the nicest one here in Oklahoma. Everyone working there is so knowledgeable in everything they have to offer. When I first went in, Shannon was great, answered any and every question I had and I looked forward to coming back. John the owner is great! Everyone at the shop is very professional and personable and focused on whatever need you’re there for. I just went in today and Shelby was great! She took her time to explain what would be best for me in what I was looking for. I had so many questions this time around and she helped with every one of those questions. One last thing that’s pretty awesome is everyday there is a sale on something, so your bound to save money no matter what day of the week you go. I rate this dispensary A+++ and highly recommend!
