CBD Plus USA - Lawton

This place will text and drive you nuts if they get your phone number! I have never even purchased anything from them, but they refuse to remove me from their list. Horrible place of business!

What started out as a pleasant in-store experience, ended up not so pleasant when I had an issue with the vape pen I purchased. The manager at this location is a total ---, and more concerned with convincing people he is right, than taking care of an issue cause by their mistake. They sold me the wrong juice for the pen they sold me, and when it wouldn't work I had to take it to another location near where I live. THAT location was willing and able to take care of it, they just needed the receipt emailed, but the ------- manager was more concerned with being right and convincing them that his store did nothing wrong. The other KNOWLEDGEABLE staff knew exactly what the issue was, and after 3 of them failed convincing him to send the receipt I had to call the 833 number to get it. Once I did the OTHER store fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes, while this jerk kept yelling at the manager that was trying to help me! They do NOT know what they are selling, and if you are a novice this isn't the place to get your supplies. I would suggest seeking knowledgeable staff elsewhere.

I thought that it was going to be like it's partner store in El Reno, it's similar but.....

Extremely helpful staff who seem to be knowledgeable about their products. Owner was there and very helpful when I was trying to pick out a product.

I had a great experience with an employee named Star. She has a great personality and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products.
