While the staff is friendly and helpful, the product is consistently dried out and overpriced. There are many other options in town that don’t keep product on the shelf for nearly a year then charge over a 100 for it. I’ll be choosing one of them from now on.

I’ve bought the same bag for months now. Today got all the way home with my regular bag only to find it stuffed with sticks and leaves. I live out of town and I get home to this garbage I can’t even smoke it. It would have literally cost you nothing to exchange this bag for me but you would rather blame me? And lose a customer all at once. Adios Tropicana, you won’t be missed.

The one and only dispo I'm going to. Excellent customer service. It's like walking into a event and everyone is happy to see you at the same time. There very thorough about their products. Will not change locations no matter how far I move.

Very rude. It was my 3rd or 4th time going in but both the kids working in there were very uninviting. Came in on Aug 30th. Bought what they said to be 3 1g pre-roles for 5, probably only got 2gs worth total. Will never go back.

I’d give them -5 if I could. Prices are wrong on Weedmaps. I made an online order. Different prices, they don’t have the correct products. They won’t give you the honor of the price you thought on online. OH YA the one Budtender doesn’t know what’s she selling to her clients. I was trying to get hashminals & apparently they were out but she doesn’t know the difference in brands, wax types. I’m beyond frustrated. I won’t be shopping with them again.
