Okay let me just start off buy saying I love the place me and my husband always love the price the deal the rewards point is a plus but we usually get attended by taylor or alexis and we absolutely love how they attended us but all it took was one short blonde to ruin our recent vist her attitude threw off the whole vibe she was very rude didn't get her name and we left with out a sale I personally think when you have some one working for you they should be more representable and a much more receiving to their guest she literally was very hateful disrespectful it was completely disgusting to have delt with her so for that I give them a 4 star I hope they fix that problem because iv sent many of people that way due to alexis and Taylor great service . No as I said she was rude ! Us parking had absolutely nothing to do on how she approached us as soon as we walk inn it look as she was napping in the back came to the front as she was already bothered and trust me we didht realize our parking was off that wasn't our issue here but we apologize for the parking issue ..and you fail to mention I was hit by the door by the blonde chic I didn't bring that up but like I said she was rude !

I used to like this location, I originally shopped their Colorado location before moving here and shopping here. Needless to say I got two totally different experiences Colorado was amazing and helpful and friendly. This location not the same the manager has a horrible attitude my first time there not only did she put the labels in the wrong containers of flower she also was off but up to a g in each that were supposed to be 7. Then I went back not to long ago and they used to always do the same price on waxes even if you got smaller containers so I assumed that was still the case I had picked out 28 singles instead of a bucket and she had tried to charge me double the price and when I referred to my 2 previous orders where they gave me 8 baller instead of a bucket for the bucket price she flipped out on me and banned me from the store because she had to put them away. I was a loyal customer and this was one of my fave stores but even if I weren't banned I wouldn't shop here anymore due to her horrible attitude and unfriendly demeanor every single time she's there. 10/10 do not recommend there's many locations that will treat you much better .
