Want to give a shout out to Trevor. He is amazing. He helped me through the snow and ice in front of the building. I was so thankful.

Juvenile young kids working in there, messed up the order, had no way to fix it and did not offer any solutions either. Very hostile and rude, caused conflict with my step father and while doing so began cussing him and calling him the n-word mind you they are white kids???? Is this how we run a business? We’ve spent thousands of dollars here, and never had issues. But yet the one time there’s an issue, you have no solutions and are cussed and called derogatory names by your staff. I have tried contacting the manager Devin, and I hope to hear from him real soon. I am a manager myself, and can understand the staffing struggle, I can also understand the idea of wanting to back your employees. But when they are wrong they are wrong. And this is so unbelievably disgusting and distasteful to say the least. Especially the racial and derogatory language. Do better.

recommend any other drive thru. not very friendly or helpful. most people use drive thrus cause they’ve had a long day. not being told to go inside after saying “i’m not really sure i haven’t been here before.” however if the girl would have let me continue i was gonna say i wanted to get an 1/8th but now i decided i wanted to get a ounce. i even had the strain of 8th screenshotted so i knew what i wanted however i decided i wanted to get more than i intended. didn’t get into their system. won’t ever.

Came on to be able to see what was available and dude behind the counter was not helpful at all. Ended up just leaving because I was having to pry to even get an idea of what they had. Okie is cool, this interaction was not

I’ve been a customer at Oki Wonderland for a couple years now. They always had great products and great prices. Mike was extremely helpful yesterday. He was very attentive and patient. Great guy!
