Went in to replace the coils to my Drag X vape. The older lady behind the counter said if they were not on the display they did not have them. Another employee found them for me. Would not shop here again. I have been to the other Evo locations with no issues. *Update* This manager/employee is no longer with the business. I have since been back on a few occasions with very friendly and knowledgeable service.

The employees are what make this store the best! Ms Tammy is so awesome! Very knowledgeable about their products and they're very compassionate and caring and always hook me up with the best deals on my kratom. I have become a loyal customer JUST because of the employees. I've been to other Evo stores & this one is BY FAR the best in the region & won't go anywhere else.

They have a great selection. I get all my papers there and their new water vase selection is amazing. Got my new favorite piece this week. Tammy the manager was so helpful. I appreciate her patience and time she took to help me pick out some cool stuff.

I absolutely love going here! The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable, plus they always have great deals. Shelby helped me out when I went in last, and asked what I expected from the product I bought and made sure ALL of my needs were met. So thankful for great bud tenders like her!

The guy who helped me you could tell he was new and didn't know anything. The lady there that was either his boss or suppose to be training him was rude when he "didn't get it right". I was also sold expired product I made my purchase on 6/20/21 and the product expired 6/17/2021, but all sales are finale so I was screwed out of 100 dollars but hey I have some expired cartridges that I paid full price! As a first time customer I will never be returning and I suggest if you are going to buy make sure you examine everything before you walk out the door! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO TAKE IT OFF THEIR SHELF AND JUST BAG IT FOR YOU!!!
