I just moved to this area and have been shopping the various kratom stores. This place has by far been the best for quality, potency and service. I have been using kratom for 5 years and have always bought moodrite kratom until now. I was skeptical of their price at first because it was double what I was used to paying back home, the wonderful sales lady assured me of potency and quality and I was not disappointed with my purchase. This white Maeng da is 3 to 4 times as potent as the moodrite brand I was purchasing. Thank you Lotus Botanicals!

Give it 4 stars, because the owner may be the nicest lady on earth! She gave me a good, and my daughter got some soap, and loved it. The product left a bit to be desired, but not trash. As a daily benefactor of the organics, I have a very critical eye, so there's that. I would recommend this place. The product is above average, and when you factor in price, and customer service, its right up there.

This place is great! It’s super cute, has a great location with great prices for top notch product and even greater customer service! I was a new customer when I went in and was treated like family. I felt very comfortable talking to Tonya; she’s very friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. I’ll definitely be returning again and again!
