Lousy manager, high prices, and VERY unprofessional employees. About 6 months ago the manager told me and another employee who works there often theyd give me the happy hour discount since I lived out of town and I would stop by when I’m in town to buy a bottle of Kratom. One of her other employees was very rude when I asked about it the other week, saying “the manager ain’t here brother…you got me today and I ain’t doing it.” I contacted the manager and she never apologized for his rude behavior and basically changed her mind and said she won’t honor what she told me several months back. I found out a few weeks ago that they have happy hour all day on Sundays so I changed my day to come in to town to Sunday. For the past month they’ve been giving me happy hour discount on Sundays. Went in today and was told there’s no happy hour on Kratom anymore. This company has horrible business skills and are very unprofessional. The guy who calls people “brother” all the time seems very high when I’ve gone in. I ran in to someone a while back at another CBD store and when I mentioned Gifted Cannabis in Surrey he said “oh man, I don’t go there anymore. I got sick from something I bought from them a couple years ago.” Without happy hour, you’re better off going elsewhere.

Smaller shop but it makes up for it with great customer service, good variety, and a price point for everyone. On top of all that a happpy hour that hits more hours than any other shop i know of.

They are always so nice. I love it That it is right around the corner from my home and amazing prices. Thank you so much.

Was told we get 25% off. We pick what we want. Totalling $70. She said after telling us total that the total was $69 and some change. I asked what about the discount, she says no discounts on the small stuff. No clue what small stuff means. So we got taxed and a .98% discount She never mentioned it's taxed unlike 90% of other dispensaries that list the price with taxes included. Been looking for a good dispensary in the area and this ain't it. Thanks for just making me irritated. Not a great way to get repeat customers.
