Twisted Roo Dispensary

Twisted Roo is awesome! This is the ONLY place I go. I’ve tried many places around Yukon and Mustang. Prices are right, product is great and service is amazing! All the budtenders are knowledgeable and professional. Justin is awesome - I just let him choose and he has NEVER made a bad recommendation. Do yourself a favor and stop in :) They also help out in the community and give back to families in need! That’s a definite bonus to me!

I used to consider this place my second favorite dispensary — emphasis on used to. I went in this morning and before I was even checked in, the budtender on duty decided it was their job to start trash-talking my #1 dispensary. Really? That’s how you represent your business? By badmouthing competition instead of focusing on customer service or product? Let’s be clear: I don’t want to hear petty gossip when I’m spending my money. It’s unprofessional, it’s tacky, and it makes the whole shop look insecure. Funny thing is, I’ve been shopping at my #1 for years and not once have I ever heard them say a single negative thing about another dispensary. They let their service and products speak for themselves. That’s what real businesses do. And while we’re at it — let’s not forget it took this place FIVE MONTHS just to get me the “free shirt” I was promised through their rewards program. I never even left a bad review about that; I just stayed on top of it until I finally got what I was owed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But after today? Absolutely not. (WONT BE ADVERTISING FOR THEM ANYMORE EITHER. Instead of worrying about competitors, maybe worry about treating your customers with respect. I left without making a purchase and I won’t be back. There are too many options out there to waste time on a dispensary that acts like bitter haters instead of professionals.

This store is one of my favorites for a solid variety of premium flower. Everywhere else I feel like I am settling, budtender/co owner is always respectful and helpful.

Great place to go on your late Fourth of July needs. Seriously was the only place open right before the fireworks started and I needed a smoke bad. So grateful to someone who knows that we stoners need our weed before we see fireworks. Kudos to you Twisted Roo Dispensary!!!

This place is awesome! I've been waiting for them to open and I finally had a chance to stop in. Travis is an amazing individual, I enjoy talking with him about all the strains and products he has available. The flower selection is fantastic the buds are gorgeous with plenty of strains to choose from. Quality product from quality farms. I'm all about supporting local businesses and I'm so happy this place opened up around the corner. whatever you're looking for they will get you fixed up.
