Yesterday 2/21 I came in n with my daughter and it was my first time in your store. Clean. Orderly. Very friendly. I am sorry that I did not get the name of the young man who helped us, but he kinda went out of his way to find a suitable/matching substitute to what I wanted but you were out of. He was persistent and found some product for me. I asked about a salve or lotion and Gil made his suggestion. OMG! I put a small amount on knee and low back at 7:30 am and it’s 3pm and barely feeling the need to reapply the lotion. Not only does it work very well, it smells good. I am overall very pleased with our purchase and the experience of shopping in your store. Thank you.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Electric Lettuce for over four years and can’t imagine frequenting any other dispensary. I’ve visited a few locations around town, but this one is undoubtedly my favorite. The staff is consistently welcoming and helpful, and Joey, the manager, sets the tone with his friendly, professional approach. While struggling with managing pain before and after two major wrist surgeries and a painful rare bone disease over the last year, the team has consistently provided thoughtful, reliable recommendations based on my exact questions, concerns, and needs. Every product I've purchased with their assistance has helped with my pain to some extent without fail. No matter how busy it is, they’re patient, knowledgeable, and never make me feel rushed. I confidently recommend this location to anyone looking for great service, trustworthy guidance, and a patient, beginner-friendly environment.

Fantastic customer service!! I came in to exchange a product that wasn’t functioning but I didn’t have my receipt. The staff helped me find the transaction anyways, did the exchange and even applied the today’s sales price to the exchange. A+ experience as usual!

Just stopped at Denney again.....always exceptional service. Love Cally (sp?) We are both AZ girls and she was really wonderful with us! Everyone is very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Good vibes all around.
