I am a complete novice just looking for a lite sleep aid. Tyler was very helpful and efficient. He asked a few questions, to get a better idea of what I needed, and didn't try to push or upsell me in any way.

I really felt taken care of by my bud tender this morning. When they didn't have what I was looking for and within my budget, this guy, 5 Stars to him, was knowledgeable about other similar products and recent customer responses to their purchases. I immediately jumped out of my budget barrier and bought one of the other products, which was very well presented to me. Thank you. May everyone learn from this guy's example!!! It did not feel like an up-sale to me as a customer, even though it definitely benefited the establishment more than my original desired product. (Prime example of a good Staff Trainer....)

I purchased a $25 cartridge yesterday and after I screwed it in it it immediately burst and destroyed not only my battery but the new cartridge l. I went back to the medication station thinking that as a loyal customer they would be able to replace this cartridge but apparently because I didn't have the original receipt and original packaging they would not help me at all. So not only was I out $25 for a completely defective product that was not my fault at all but they decided that I woul to spend another $50 to replace my battery and cartridge. They an absolute scam business and think that they can steal money from their customers even though I put my phone number and ID in when I purchase the item. Do not purchase from them because they refuse to honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. I will make sure to never bring my business to them again.
