Every person that I have ran into behind the desk or going in to explore their services, has treated me with the upmost respect, kindness, and courtesy, that I I could ever hope for. I’ve traveled around to a lot of them around me, and this is the only one that makes me feel like I’m completely welcome. They listen to my request and help me to the best of their abilities figure out my needs for my particular situation. On top of all this, their selection of products is vast.

I found this place because I was a regular at a shop down the street, I was sceptical of the cheap prices, I was wrong. Excellent flower, kind bud tenders, good service, excellent suggestions. No one has ever been rude though some are more talkative. I'm now a regular and only shop this despo now. They converted me.

It was my first time in and the manager was so nice!!! The selection was impressive given the smaller size of the building. Prices blew my mind and I just HAD to stock up on edibles and flower while I was there. She also gave me a weedmaps passport and explained how that worked. My favorite part was seeing the adorable little dispo dog 🐕 Honestly might make this my main dispo from now on.

I've been a regular at Firehorse for almost 2 years, it's a no frills dispensary with friendly staff. Unfortunately after my experience there today I will never be returning. I bought a Cbd Discovery cartridge early in the day on recommendation from the bud tender. When I went to try it, it didn't work at all. I went back to return or exchange it a few hours later and they could do nothing for me, telling me I could buy another. It's a shame to lose a regular customer over a product that cost them $16. My advice to other potential customers is to go to one of the many other dispos in Eugene.

I have been going to this place basically since it was opened. It has been very consistent on prices and access to a variety of quality Cannabis products. They have on hand a number of $100 ounces and under that are typically exceptional for the price, they also have head nugs if price isn't an issue. Typically the flower is not dry and not shake like other local shops selling shake and or back logged (old/hay flavored) Cannabis. Their selection of Carts are great as well, they tend to be anywhere from 3 to 7 bucks cheaper than other shops and have carts with actual flavor in them... like you can taste the bud, the same would go for the dabs. And again they strive to find the cheapest quality product to keep prices low for the community where as some of the other shops are seemingly in it more for the profit rather than community wellbeing while still being able to make a profit. Also they tend to smoke most of what they get and in doing this they are able to further help the customer in their Cannabis journey.
