One of the best dispensaries I've ever been to. The gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to serve me with exceptional service. I have NEVER had that kind of service before. Thank you to the kind man with the long beard that made me walk out of the store with the item I wanted!!

I didnt like this place at all. They made me feel terrible. I will never go here again. Service is everything to me. And Its so important in making a return customer. So please employees of going "Mean" eugene please work on your customer service and overall respect for potential customers. Or no one is going to want to give you their business. Good luck. Always a great experience, as a young adult I have been going to this place since I was 21. They are so kind and knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t push sales on you and have good conversation with customers. staff are excellent and helpful.
