No one ever answers the phone. Requested fresh prerolls, budtender gave me old prerolls. Didn’t ask for the harvest date when they made the recommendation. I didn’t want to seem condescending after asking for fresh prerolls figured the BT would remember my request.

I’m a frequent visitor of the Coffee Barn next door, and I periodically take business calls in the parking lot there when it is to loud. Today, while I was on an important call, a Hive employee approached me and told me I was “loitering,” insisting that I move. He mentioned he is like an alcoholic retailer and cannot have people near the business. This interruption was completely unwarranted—and downright absurd. Not only did it derail my business call, but the way it was delivered felt demeaning and condescending. I’m 100% certain this would not have happened if I were male. Frankly, it felt patriarchal. Every interaction your employees ( owner or manager) have—is marketing for your business. But this experience was such a miss - this was rude, unnecessary, and frankly disappointing. Check your ego! Hive, please train your staff to approach all people (even customers of co-located businesses!) with respect, avoid making assumptions, and recognize that every encounter shapes how people perceive your brand. I hope future customers are treated with the professionalism and courtesy I didn't experience today.

Of all the choices we have in Eugene, this company consistently delivers what I'm looking for. Delicious, ultra fine distillate. Definitely in the running for best in state! Perhaps even west coast. If I was using the one bite pizza app , and I am, , I'd give the echo carts a 9.2 out of 10. A must try for any connoisseur for the finer things in life. ENJOY!!! I know I do.

My favorite store after first visit. I used to shop around until discovering the best shop in Eugene way too late. Echo Electuary produces the absolute highest quality concentrates I’ve ever tried and I’d buy a couple sweatshirts if it weren’t the beginning of Summer.
