Stokes Dispensary

Bought a $40 pack ($36 with discount). When I got in my car and started fidgeting with the packaging it opened and I realized it was empty. I immediately went back in but they said because I had already left the building all they could do was give me a stamp card. They did not offer any other resolution. I went to another dispensary right after and they said that is not how the law works and that they would have given me a gift card or a new product. They also said they as the cashier would have checked that the product was in the packaging before selling it. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this dispensary even though it has been my go-to for years.

Shout Out to JAMES WITMARSH for helping me out, Dude is very knowledgeable on all products and listened really well to what I was looking! 100% if you go ask if James is working he will take care of you well! Store has great buds selection and well priced products! 10 out of 10 recommended!

The first time I went the guy was really nice and gave us a lighter since it was my first time there and the second time I went just now the withe guy with long brown hair didn’t offer 50 cents since I was that much short the preroll he said would be best for my buck. Disappointed fully at that experience .I understand I wasn’t expecting any free discounts but he offered and I would’ve been back for sure and tipped next time. Maybe if u train him on customer service or just common politeness I might be back to buy from ur company again.?

I bought this “variety pack” thinking it would actually have the variety that was “advertised” on the package but nope come to find out i got the same strain and no variety what so ever! Called and they would do nothing to fix this. This just seems like false advertisement

Went in without my husband and told them what he like and they were super helpful and got him what he needed even without him there. They even let a lady on a come down grab a bunch of candy!
