I would go into fireside almost on a daily basis. Always treated right. Unfortunately this one time I wasn't by one of the employees. I work w/customer service. I know what it's like to deal w/an unhappy customer. But this guy was not kind to me. I bought a cartilage for my battery. It didn't work. So I returned it. I traded for another. Still didn't work. I brought it in w/an attitude....to be honest. I just wanted my money back. He had a bad attitude towards me. Not ok. I'm very disappointed. Use to be my favorite place to go.

My review went through on my other account so I’m doing another one here! I LOVED this place! The experience was like being a VIP or a celebrity guest and it was amazing! Shelby was so sweet and made sure my needs were met and her lovely coworker Christa helped me complete my purchase and get as much for my money as possible which was flippen AWESOME! 😍 Can’t forget about Mamma T! She was just so sweet and I absolutely love her to pieces 💖 I will definitely be returning!

We love this place. Prices may be slightly higher, but they offer you drinks before heading in, and there is a great lounge area if its busy.. the staff are incredibly friendly :)

You can tell they have been doing this since the medical days. Great selection, comfortable atmosphere and amazing budtending. One of the best spots in Southern Oregon 💚
