La Mota - Medford - Pacific Hwy

I have never had a worse experience at any of the other dispensaries in Southern Oregon the people are nice enough but to start with there is never more than one worker at a time so if there's anyone else In the store you're waiting 10+ minutes to even look at anything or get help. They have a horrible management system with their products and can't even determine what products are available for sale before putting them on the floor so after waiting 20+ minutes to get help get service and get your flower weighed out you get told they can't even sell you what you wanted after being in the store almost half an hour at this point. This dispo seriously needs to reevaluate itself, its management and the structure behind how they handle customer service because its severely lacking and makes most people just wanna turn around and go somewhere else. Like I did today so seriously la mota do better or shut down your location on the highway because if you cant even sell the products you're stocking why are you open to the public ? For me to ever come back to this dispensary it needs a very big overall in how they do business because I have never had such a terrible experience everytime I'm in a store I genuinely hope the upper management in the la mota Corp see this and take it seriously because the way you operate that location is loosing you customers and money as someone who was seriously enjoying being a la mota customer I dont think I can ne every again. Please if you're a stoner in southern Oregon shop somewhere else I know they're cheap but they won't chnage how terrible their locations operate if we keep buying from them. From a former la mota customer who was refused service and had to go shop somewhere else due to poor management and lack of customer service.

This is the worst dispensary in town. When you walk into the store, it looks like a trashy swap meet with hardly anything in there. Customer service is terrible. Quality of product is even worse. I had two cartridges break the morning after I purchased them and they would not return them with the box and the receipt. Save your time save your money go somewhere else. This is why they are constantly sued throughout the state of Oregon.

Staff is friendly and certainly helpful. Deals are great each day of the week but SUNDAYS THEY HAVE ALL THE WEEKLY SALE PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE!!

Really really recommend this place. has the best prices and bud you can get:)) fyi been too all sorts of dispos and definitely the cheapest and better quality stuff.gotta go there!!!! Also notice the joints are rolled really well too!!!

Cheap, but inconsistent. Sometimes my joints are really really dry. Especially the more expensive infused ones. However their flower has rarely disappointed me when I've bought it by the Oz. I will say that when buying 1/8ths or grams the quality is also hit or miss. But it's close and gets me high and I like all the employees I've met there very much.
