There was a time, that, this WAS the only place ... Sadly, I wasn't able to have such the experience in 2023. The gal working (bud tender) was rude, inconsiderate & uneducated. She wasn't rude to male customer that came in while being asked questions. In fact had no issues showing decent customer relations, for him... Yet the most infuriating was as I was leaving, her unprofessional degrading comments towards myself and friend .. apologizing for having to assist me, that it was inconvenient for him, for me being served?! Excuse me? How dare I make you do you job! Rude ( Time to reevaluate a employee ... Product is 5 star worthy, service however lost two customers so long as that person is there

This place is great! Aubry got me exactly what I was looking for. I’m new to this stuff and she took the time to find me something perfect for me. Highly recommend!!

Been to many dispensaries around the valley. Pharm is the one I like the best. The budtenders are always so nice and friendly. I like using their order online feature. I can browse their menu and add what I like to my cart all from my couch. Then I get notified when it’s ready and I can stop by real quick while I’m out running errands. Makes it really easy

Never have I had such a fantastic customer experience shopping in a cannabis dispensary. Their staff is super knowledgeable and their selection of products has something for every type of consumer. The owners are very particular about what brands they bring in and can stand behind every product they stock on their shelves. I wish I could leave them a 6/5 star review because honestly they are setting the bar for how a store should be run. Love these guys!

New Favorite Dispensary! Great prices, amazing atmosphere, and wonderful people. The gal who answered the phone was so helpful in answering my questions, and the gentleman who ended up helping me in person made the whole thing relaxing and fun. Definitely a bonus that is really close to a Cinnabon too...
