Cannabis and Glass - Ontario

I came in expecting a great first experience based on the reviews, and I was excited to pick up a new glass piece. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While I was finishing my order, the employee helping me, Megan F., placed the glass piece in an unstable spot and it ended up falling to the floor along with the rest of my items. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology or acknowledgment after it happened. I also purchased one of their pen batteries, which turned out to be defective right out of the package. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store just to get a refund and I brought these issues up to the manager processing the refund and they did not care. He was a red haired gentleman. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected given the positive reviews. Go somewhere else here locally to be treated with respect.

It can be intimidating coming from a different state and learning new products.. 2nd time in and Sayo was the absolute best. Loved the energy and knowledge!

I had been having some disappointing experiences here that seemed to be compounding. That said, the assistant general manager absolutely understood my concerns and offered alternatives to fix issues with online ordering. An apology and offering a possible solution to the issue is really appreciated and goes a long way - even if the solution isn't perfect, i am definitely willing to give alternatives a go and try ordering through their own site. Didn't know that was an option

Great selection and variety of products. The staff were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about their suggestions. I really like that they took their time with me to help me find the right choice for my needs.
