Wow, what a wonderful experience! I had never tried craniosacral therapy before (and was honestly a little skeptical) but am now a big fan. I had no idea what to expect but Helen did a great job of explaining everything ahead of time and talking me through each phase of the process. She also discussed my personal needs ahead of time and adjusted the treatment to make it personalized to me. Her presence is very calming and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. And afterwards? Holy cow, I have never felt more relaxed! I saw Helen a week before Christmas and was 3 months post partem with my 4th baby and somehow it's the most relaxed I've been in as long as I can remember. I really don't know how such gentle pressure could have such a huge impact, but it was amazing and I highly recommend! I'm looking forward to trying her other services!

She checked in and adjusted to my comfort level providing safe and effective work. She offers many modalities including deep tissue, craniosacral, and visceral manipulation.
