Great selection and even better service. Mona was a great budtender. Let me check out anything I wanted to see and was very knowledgeable of their strains. Worth stopping by. They have great deals too.

Great selection. Alec is super helpful and patient. Definitely dialed in what I liked pretty quickly and made my experience comfortable.

This place has /been/ it since before rec. The menu is overwhelming because the selection is vast and expansive, but this is where you'll find the thing you're searching for - when nobody else has it. Special shout out to Alec, I go out of my way to shop when they're working! Patient, kind, knowledgeable and entertained me even when they knew the first jar they suggested was clearly the winner. Love this spot. Phenomenal selection of concentrates. My only complaint is not being able to actually see the rosin selection. The budtenders have to search through the trays and tell you what's there. Which can be nice since people like Mona are there to drop helpful little tidbits on things you might not know about and introduce you to something you didn't know you wanted (Focus North Bomb Sauce is delightful, thanks Mona!) But man, there's just too much at the store to do that and not feel like it's taking too long. Especially with people outside waiting. The amazing deals though, the ridiculous array of top shelf rosin and the knowledgeable staff keep me going back.

9/14/24 I went in again and the service was amazing and the trainer/manager from a month ago came out to talk to me and apologize for my previous experience. It is clear customer experience is important to AmericannaRX and I'm happy to be a customer. Amazing selection, incredible deals, and passionate staff 💞 8/9/24 I enjoyed the selection at this dispensary, and while some prices were on the higher side, they do offer several discounts. The shop was recommended by a friend and had a really charming atmosphere! One area for improvement was the budtender who was training someone. I was hoping for more detailed information about the concentrate options, especially regarding the effects of Altered Alchemy diamonds. The budtender mentioned he only used solventless products and wasn't familiar with the BHO options. When I inquired about preferences between Kandied Papayas and Oishi Oregrown Rosin buckets, his response was a bit dismissive, noting only that both were popular. I plan to return, but I would appreciate more guidance from the staff in the future. As someone new to the Oregon market, I rely on knowledgeable budtenders to help navigate the variety of options available. The trainee was cheerful and eager to help, though understandably still getting up to speed with the products. She was great, and I appreciate her enthusiasm! I also did not receive my reciept.
