I am old school. Customer service is a lost art nowadays. I came to the store on 103rd and Sandy. I was met by Taylor. She was very kind, very informative, and extremely patient with an old buzzard like me. Taylor treated me like a human being, not just a number. I was very impressed. I hope she stays with your company she is the definition of customer service.

Not a great location, AND The Best Medication Shop!!!!! Support Small Businesses over Corporations! The employees at Deanz Greenz demonstrated amicable customer service by actively allowing me to smell product, and educated me on the medicinal differences between products. Been here twice. Excellent experience. It's huge. And has quite an inventory. The deals are crazy. Daily deals. Monthly deals. Time of day deals? Yup. Seen a few shops that do this. This may be among the top 3 in Portland. Surprised it's not busier. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would go out of my way to come here. It's also not overstaffed, which i like. I don't need 4 people asking if I need help. So, overall, very pleasant visits . UPDATE : 11 - 24 - 25 Dangit, now I can't remember her name.... went in a couple nights ago and was helped by a pretty groovy chick. She was tall. Anywho, she laid it all out for me. Discounts this way and that. She's efficient. I left satisfied. Think her name starts with M. I had not seen her before. Groovy job "tall 'M' with black hair !

I love the staff here. Great place with a great look and atmosphere. Decent prices, depending on the time of the year, etc... I'm ringing some points for having pretty poor selection/prices on pipes and basic pieces like that... Another issue is a complete lack of a public bathroom. A common situation but I'm going to ding every store that doesn't have one because it's a reprehensible insult to people who spend huge amounts of money at your store. I have a severe pelvic pain issue and going there is always a risk because the staff have no choice but to just watch me suffer.
