Floyd's Fine Cannabis on Columbia

I love this store, but this time I have to write a review. This past week I came in and bought my items, walked out a happy customer. The very next day I went back to purchase on some discounted weed which was priced at $32 for an ounce, so I was going to buy 2 ounces. When it was time to purchase how did my total jump from $64 to $80. I said to the bud tender lady, that the price was $32, did you ring it up wrong. She tells me after sales tax the $32 will go up to $39,its been that way for almost 5yrs. I said im sorry but this is portland, the price and tax are included in the total and whatever is labeled is final, I was just in yesterday buying a .25 for $19 and you guys gave me back $1 in change. Whoever that lady is, most definitely pocketing the difference and knows nothing about oregon not having tax. I live in Wa, so I then told the lady "let me go get my other card" got in my car and left the store an unhappy customer and took my money to a different dispensary. Check your workers cuz something definitely is off about that whole scenario, she dont need to be behind any register.

Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Great neighborhood dispensary for all your needs. Great top shelf on sale on certain days too. Budget friendly also

These workers always I have the worst attitude for some reason. I was trying to decide what I wanted and after a couple of minutes of browsing I decided to get a $19 ounce and the worker was on his personal phone and said give me a minute while laughing with his friend. Then when he got off the phone he said I got to use the restroom just give me a minute take a seat or something. And after standing there for 10 minutes I decided to just leave. Horrible customer service I've ever experienced at a dispensary in my entire life.

Emory is so sweet and kind every time I'm in here. I'm a bit disappointed with yall for the last few days. i wanted a couple dollar joints to get me through until payday but 3 days in a row sweet Emory had informed me that they're not actually in the system and a lead has to fix it. Why hasn't the lead fixed it for 3 days? Seems kinda lazy imo. It's not the first time either. this has happened with other products, too. Very disappointing. Emory sympathized and apologized on behalf of the lead. That girl is the only reason I keep shopping with yall. She deserves the biggest raise. Every time I'm in the store seems like she's the only one actually working despite other people being behind the counter too. Your lead needs to get it together and actually do his job.

Always nice , polite. And professional. Yes the 40$ ounces have seeds once in a while, Big deal!, it’s $40 an ounce people. When this flower is used with a dry herb vaporizer it’s effect and taste is comparable to 200$ an ounce weed.
