I just visited Pur for the first time and had great customer service with Lauren. She was polite, professional, and patient. She knew her products well and was able to help me find exactly what I needed. Even as I was closing out she recommended the best days for mw to come in based on the producrs i purchased. Top tier service for sure! I pass this place all of the time with being so close to my house and have never been in. Lauren's knowledge and customer serve have won me over. Ill be back for sure.
