My father was apart of the Verde air conditioning program yet his AC stopped working They troubleshooted on the phone ONCE with him and then said a tech would be out to look at it and asset if it needed to be replaced They NEVER showed To date I have now called 11times and left 2 emails.Nobody has called me back.We reached over °100 degrees yet these people DO NOT CARE about the ELDERLY!! Nobody ever answers phone regardless of day or time Irresponsible.Like shady non profits they only want the $$ to pay themselves while doing the BARE MINIMUM for the "community" they claim to help Shame on you guys for being so unprofessional

Just received a portable air conditioner thanks to the State’s heat response program for elders and low income people. Submitted an online application then followed up with a supervisor at Verde. She was diligent and responsive. Within days an installer called to schedule delivery. The installers were communicative prompt and thorough, explaining how the unit worked and answered questions. Very happy with Verde, and highly recommend them for their awesome work.
