UPDATE: Came back in this weekend and I guess the little red head kids wife goes to work with him. IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to be hanging out and ignoring a customer. For this I changed my star rating. I’m only giving a five stars because the store itself and most of the employees deserves a five star. That being said if there was an employee specific review it would be a one. While I was in there over the weekend the red head kid was to busy with what appeared to be his wife judging by the way he was acting with her to attend to me while the other employee was busy with a customer. As I was walking out I saw the girl leaving several and I mean SEVERAL checks on the kids spot on the board. I’ve been coming here for a while and know that this helps the employees out. I thought that was extremely unfair and he should have done his job instead of having personal time. But overall the store itself is amazing. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

I always find new and interesting items here! Zach is great and is always helpful. They really had a lot of options when my husband had a knee replacement, they hard what we needed. I would love a place to go and get help with HOW to use their products. I prefer small group type interactions and would love to see something like this here. Oh and yeah you guys are awesome!

Ive been here before but its been a little over a year, i stopped going do to a bad experience in the store but, there is a new girl working there, nicole, she was very nice and knowable about the product they carried. I was looking for something to help me more so with pain. She recommended a product to me, i bought it and it worked GREAT. i will be making my regular rounds here again.
