Good Karma - Commercial St.

I used to love love love this place! Unfortunately after the last couple weekends I might not be back. There’s never any parking on the weekends. Super frustrating! They used to have signs for parking now I’m told they can’t have them as the half penny owns the whole parking lot. I had to block people in to go into the store. They are usually super friendly but they honestly seemed irritated and annoyed I even brought up the parking situation as a loyal customer who been coming here for a long time. Super frustrating to feel this way leaving what supposed to be my favorite place. I’m not sure if they even want to keep this place open anymore at least that’s how it seems.

Selena and Remi are amazing super friendly and had a calming presence when I walked in the door. I will be back be side of how nice they were. Great customer service!

So I was sent over by a gentleman from Green Cross that said his wife works there at Good Karma and that he knew that they had what I was looking for there and if I hurried I’d make it before they closed! So I got to Good Karma at 9:53, since they are SUPPOSED to close at 10pm. HOWEVER they had just turned off the OPEN sign and had their doors locked already. I knocked and the young girl that worked there looked at me, and started walking towards my way but then went left, unplugged their ATM and walked back to where she had been standing. She COMPLETELY ignored me!!! I tried calling as I was standing there and heard the phone ringing and they ignored it! SO disrespectful and rude!!! There were two ladies in there and didn’t even care!!! I went there to get hard candies for my beast friend that has been battling cancer and the chemo makes her throat dry and hurt! Not sure what is wrong with some people anymore!

This is the only place I shop, and I live in west Salem and work out of town. But I'll drive all the way down there, cause I know I'm being taken care of and getting some of the best deals around. Christy is my favorite, as she goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I came in for. The rest of the team is great as well, and I've never left disappointed.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always make great recommendations. They have all of my favorite products, including an extensive selection of some of the best flower I've seen in Salem! 🍃 ✌️ 💚
