The chick with purple hair is rude and has very poor customer service. I walk in she says what do you want. Then I tell her im picking out some good stuff for my mom's 65 birthday. Her response is your not supposed to tell me that I can refuse to sell to you. So I walked out you lost a good customer.

Christina at the Broadway location was friendly and welcoming. They have a huge selection and a knowledgeable crew.

The Broadway location of this business is untrustworthy a female employee knowingly returned a counterfeit bill to me that I was unaware was fake!!! This is highly illegal and the employee should be fired

I ordered 2 cartridges of 3 Bear OG, and was given the wrong ones, I didn’t notice until I was in my car, got back out and went in and the first gal was new, so another assisted me, I couldn’t remember the exact name of the strain, so I looked up my order and showed her what it said. She had tone in her response to me. I asked why would I be able to order it online and it not be available. I traveled across town to come to their location. That this was my first visit here and that her attitude was not going to get a good review from me! She responded she didn’t care and I left very unhappy. I didn’t catch her name, but she has very long pink hair!

At first glance you might miss it. But when you go in you won't be disappointed. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable bud tenders Kim was 🤩 amazing and not too shabby of deals and prices. I will definitely be back in soon.
