You told us you were going out of business and after the experience we had, I understand why. The top shelf priced buddlets I got, crumbled to dust when I went to break it up for the grinder. You didn't print labels showing and if the product info. You hand wrote it. You mocked my choices for carts. You were so harsh in your tone and words, you triggered off PTSD from a domestic violence relationship. You said you'd comp me something and charged me for it, anyways. How was the extra $7 you kept of mine? You got tipped more than the service was worth.

Me and my husband popped by here looking for a specific item the ginger dude that works here was very pretentious I asked him for said product and looked at me like I was crazy he didnt even try to help me find the real name for it he was just like "I have no clue what your talking about" I went to another shop and the dude there helped me find out what it was go to smooth roots instead my husband also asked him if they were hiring and the ginger dude was like "well if you dont have you license dont even try" he could have made a sell but because he was so rude we walked out ALSO they had like next to nothing in stock

Rude customer service over the phone. Absolutely no reason to be so incredibly unpleasant. Was trying to do business over the phone for bringing samples & he was so impossible to talk to. Immediately was brunt with no kindness whatsoever. Answered the phone upset. I don't understand why there was a need to be so upset & completely unprofessional. Kindness wins every time dude & I'm not sure you understand that. I was just trying to get you some free weed to sample for your business man, way to be a buzz kill.

The hours of operation listed are ALL INACCURATE!!! I stopped in on a Sunday and NOT open at 8:00 they say NOON! I waited an hour for them to open but……. I guess they show up when they show up??? I guess in the words of Captain Hook, “Got stoned and they missed it!” They were only 20 minutes late in opening.

Prices are low but very slim selection. I only got two small products. Would have spent a lot more but the guy rushed us out of the store. We had a few questions, mainly about the prices, partly rhetorical, because they were very reasonable. Made our first selections but was asked to move it along. He said it was about to get busy. It was just us. When we were finishing up one of guy came in. The parking lot was empty. I’m glad we beat the rush. 🤔🤯
