Bernie's Universal Dispensary

My bud tender Dakota was so knowledgeable and just what I needed as a newbie to the business. Prices were great compared to others I have seen! Definitely returning! 9/5 stars!!! ☺️😘

This used to be a great little shop with lots of products and fun people with a great environment. I have been supporting them for years. Now it's just seems completely cold with lack of personality. The fun educated tenders are now at other dispensaries I hear. The husband/wife owners were pretty cool people too. But now you don't see the wife as much and Bernie always smells like alcohol and appears to be on some type of pick me up anytime he has helped me. The girl tender and I believe it's her mother (not sure of their names) who took over the old managers position are completely uneducated and couldn't answer my boring questions. They both acted as if I was a nuisance for being there and just wasting their time. Not to mention they both were so fidgety as if they were on some type of go juice as well. Seems as if the people and place have really gone down the way side. The house grown flower is plain Jane when it all used to be fire. Definitely not worth the price they ask for. Not much for edible selection when they used to have everything you could think of under their little roof. Makes me wonder if the writing is on the wall and this little shop's time is limited. I for one, will save myself the stop and cash going across the bridge to find another cannabis shop where I'm not treated as if myself and my money aren't welcome. I hope the vibes and energy change back to the good old days sooner rather later before others catch on and realize to what's actually going on here. A big bummer for me because I really enjoyed going here and supporting them in the past.

Ever since we moved to the coast, we checked out other dispensarys and they just didn't stack up to the cute, efficient and friendliest shop that is Bernie's. The staff couldn't be more helpful and respectful and I'll keep coming back for more. Thanks for keeping us medicated at an affordable price!

Came to Newport for vacation and stopped for Bernie’s for some goodies. Prices are phenomenal. the people working there, jimmy and Kayla were so personable. Asked us our names and gave us solid recommendations. it was just awesome. 🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼 Love meeting nice people.

Great staff, clones and auto flower seed. Wax covered joints too. Owner created interesting grow monitoring system, can apparently modify conditions through a smart phone.
