I stopped into ReUp after a very frustrating interaction with the manager at Emerald Triangle down the road. After spending $80+ on two live resin carts that had wiring defects that made the devices unable to take a charge, Emerald was unwilling to replace them due to their 7 day return policy (even though carts were almost entirely full and manager admitted it was a factory defect). I didn’t want to spend anymore $ at emerald after their terrible customer service so I went to ReUp where the employees were super friendly, validated my frustration with the other dispensary and also went way beyond emerald’s efforts in trying to help me trouble shoot the issue and find a way to fix the wiring issues. I ended up buying a few products from ReUp and greatly appreciate the time, information and refreshing customer service. Every time I’ve been into ReUp they have been super down to earth and helpful. Support the mom and pop shop!

My all time favorite dispensary EVER!!! We make a point to come here 2 times a year since we live 4 hours away. Our favorite are the Trip Packs of joints. The second reason we come is for the clones which are divine!!! It’s clean, NICE, but not the kind where you feel uncomfortable and want to rush out, creative and just a lovely experience. The cherry on top would be the ✨ PRICES ✨. Affordable, quality products. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are wondering if you should come her, come here. The staff at Reup are all awesome people. Every single one of them are great. Lauren is the best, always going above and beyond for her customers. Can never go wrong with a trip pack either! Great products all around and always fresh from the farm!
