My second visit was horrible. The lady was acting like I was a thief or untrustworthy of touching a 1/8th gr package of flower. My first time I came in I was not treated like that. This lady was completely rude.And when I tried to explain to her that the first time I came in here, the guy didn't treat me like that.And she said, oh, it's none of my business.She was completely rude. You should train your employees to follow all the rules.No matter who comes into the store a regular or a new customer.The first experience I had with this dispensary was good.This lady ruined it for me.I will try avoiding coming in there.If she's working.

Milo makes everyone feel like a VIP. . He is the number one budtender at this smokehouse, it would not be any fun there without him . so thankful for the budtenders that want to make ppl feel appreciated , seen & heard. Flower is overpriced and there is zero quality control on the products This is less of a pain in the ass when customer service is as killing it & as committed & as attentive as mister Milo.Ty kind sir very few ppl care that much about their customers

I came in today for my birthday deals and was very pleased by how sincere and personable the staff was. Got my discount and had a nice conversation with Tony and rigo. Last time Nick was my budtender, super chill people 100%. If you happen to be in town check out treestar. Great staff, great product.

Update** I went back into the store today and the situation was made right. The staff apologized for the confusion, and discounted my cart. I really appreciated them taking the time to address my concern and make things right. Thank you for valuing your customers — I’m glad we were able to resolve this! I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent visit to your store. My friend placed an online order for me because I didn’t yet have an account. When I arrived, I showed my valid medical caregiver card and requested to create an account and have the online order transferred to my new account so I could receive the proper medical pricing. Unfortunately, the employee refused to do so because the order was originally placed under my friend’s name. As a result, I was charged full tax and ended up paying over $20 more than I should have. I understand the order was under a different name, but since I was present with my medical caregiver card and was creating my own account, I believe there could have been a reasonable way to correct this. I’d appreciate it if you could review this situation and get back to me, thanks for your time.

I always love their service when I come in and the cashiers here are always on point! I usually have no complaints.. But I just recently purchased some carts and found out today that one of them seems to have two seals smashed into the tip, with liquid leaking all around it. Called to ask about returns because I am always told to keep the receipt for that reason… the return window is 3 days.. who opens up all the packaging on the first day?? I guess me, now. Very disappointed as I wasted money on something that’s leaking product. Be warned and fully inspect everything you buy before leaving. They say keep the receipt but if you have a busy schedule.. due diligence will help you more.
